About the Founder

Seventeen years ago, life brought Majda Abunayyan to a turning point. What began as a personal search for healing soon became a lifelong journey of discovery and transformation. Facing emotional, physical, and energetic challenges that conventional methods couldn’t mend, she turned inward — and toward the wisdom of ancient practices that had stood the test of time.

Majda immersed herself in the study of Yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork, hypnotherapy, sound healing, and energy work — completing over 800 hours of teacher training and exploring how mind, body, and spirit intertwine. Through this deep commitment, she learned not only to heal herself but to understand what true balance really means: a state where energy flows freely, and life feels whole again.

That experience sparked a calling — a desire to help others rediscover their own strength and peace. From that vision, The Art of Qi was born: the first holistic Qi-based wellness space in Saudi Arabia. A sanctuary created to remind people that healing isn’t about fixing something broken, but awakening what has always been within.

Through every session, Majda brings the same compassion, curiosity, and presence that guided her own path. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern understanding — creating safe, transformative spaces where people can release, realign, and reconnect with their natural vitality.
